Refund policy

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Return Method

  • All approved returns must be sent by mail

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Items that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a product is confirmed to be defective, the issue will be resolved through a return and refund, not an exchange.

6. Refunds & Payback Period

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return approval
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

8. Final Sale Items

Items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
